How long does a typical project take?

Most implementations run 4–8 weeks from audit to deployment. The process begins with a free AI Readiness Check (10 minutes), followed by a paid discovery audit (approximately 10 days), then a fixed-scope build. Simpler implementations like Client Inbox Automation typically complete in 4–6 weeks; Zero-Touch Reporting runs 6–8 weeks due to the data integration work involved. Handover and a 30-day support window are included in every engagement.

Do I need to replace my existing software?

What happens if ABISA is unavailable or we stop the retainer?

Every system ABISA delivers is built to run without us. We do not create runtime dependencies on ABISA services, logins, or proprietary infrastructure. You receive full technical documentation, admin access to every part of the system, and a manual fallback procedure for every automated workflow. This independence-by-design principle is non-negotiable — it is how we build everything. If you cancel the retainer tomorrow, your system keeps running.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed scope, fixed price. No hourly billing, no scope creep invoices, no surprises. Every engagement is quoted upfront based on a defined deliverable. The Discovery Audit is $2,000 AUD (credited toward your implementation if you proceed). Implementation fees range from $8,000 to $25,000 AUD depending on which service you choose. Optional monthly retainers start at $800 AUD and can be cancelled at any time.

What data do you have access to during the engagement?

Only what's needed to build the automation — nothing more, nothing permanent. During the audit and build, we'll work with read access to your relevant data sources (ad platform APIs, email tools, CRM exports). We do not retain client data after handover, we do not store credentials beyond the engagement period, and we do not share data between clients under any circumstances. Data handling terms are agreed in writing before any access is granted.

Can I start with one service and add more later?

Yes. Each service is scoped and delivered independently, so you can start with whichever has the highest ROI for your agency right now and add others later. Do you work with agencies outside Sydney?

Primarily Sydney-based, but we work remotely with the right client. The Discovery Audit and most of the implementation can be conducted entirely over video call and shared tooling. If you are outside Sydney but have a strong automation use case and are comfortable working remotely, reach out — we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.

What if the audit finds automation isn't right for us yet?

We'll tell you. In writing. At the end of the Discovery Audit we produce a findings report that includes a plain-English recommendation — including if our assessment is that the timing is not right, the ROI does not stack up, or your processes need to be stabilised before automation will stick. There is no obligation to proceed, and the honesty is by design. We would rather lose a project than sell you something that will not work.
